Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Kit & Grit (the "Service"), an AI-assisted personal styling notebook operated by Avri Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Kit & Grit provides AI-generated body-shape, colour and activewear styling guidance based on the photos and answers you submit. Recommendations are suggestions only - they are not professional fitness, medical, nutritional or fitting advice, and product availability, pricing and sizing are not guaranteed.

2. Your account

• You must be 16 or older to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of photos and quiz answers you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to deliver and improve the Service, including sending it to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to upload anything you submit.

4. Acceptable use

Use of the Service is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no uploading images of other people without their consent, no illegal content, no attempts to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI.

5. Third-party products

We may surface products from third-party brands (including Casa Avri, Lululemon, Alo, H&M and others). We are not the seller of those products and have no responsibility for their quality, fit, fulfilment or returns. Casa Avri is a related brand also operated by Avri Ltd.

6. Affiliate links

Some product recommendations may include affiliate or referral links. This means we may earn a small commission if you purchase through those links, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we believe suit your assessment results. Where affiliate links are present, they are clearly disclosed on the recommendation.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our total aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to £100.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
