The CDF 10K has been added to R4W’s portfolio of world-class mass participation events. The revival of this iconic and historic event has given thousands of runners the opportunity to take to the streets of the Welsh capital, as part of a race set to become one of Britain’s best distance events. The atmosphere is electric and the course journeys through the heart of the Welsh capital, taking in all of the highlights.

The race forms part of the R4W 10K Series – which includes races in Cardiff, Newport, Barry and Porthcawl.

Mae 10K Caerdydd wedi cael ei hychwanegu at bortffolio Rhedeg Dros Gymru (R4W) o ddigwyddiadau nodedig y byd athletau gyda chyfranogiadau enfawr. Mae’r râs yn tywys y rhedwyr ar lwybr gwastad a chyflym sydd hefyd yn cynnwys prif atyniadau twristiaeth y ddinas, gan gynnwys Castell Caerdydd, y sgwar canolog a Stadiwm Principality.
